How it Works
We take most major insurance plans in CO and VA. Timelines vary and are dependent upon how quickly various documents are submitted.

Sign up
Click the get started link and complete the online form. Your information will be sent directly to Thrive Behavior Consulting LLC and you will be contacted within 24-48 hours for next steps.

Verify Benefits
After initial contact has been made, Thrive Behavior Consulting LLC will gather insurance information. Typically this will be the front and back of your insurance card, a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, and a doctor referral for ABA services. We will then verify ABA services are covered under your plan.

Schedule Intake
Once insurance benefits are verified, we will then request an initial assessment authorization. Once received, we will schedule an initial intake assessment with caregivers and the client. This may be 1 appointment or split into 2 appointments.

Submit for Authorization
After all information is gathered from the intake appointment(s), a treatment plan will be written and signed by the provider and caregiver(s). Once approved, this document will be sent to insurance for approval.

When the authorization is approved, a weekly schedule will be decided upon across the family and Thrive Behavior Consulting LLC.
